stress management system

     Hi guys, how have you been doing all these day? After reading two tips about the stress management technique, did you feel that you are lighter now? If you have not read it, please click here to read the other stress management tips that I have not mention about. Today I will be discussing  stress management system that can help us to relieve our stress and move us into a better life, better relationship.

      Resilience is a property of a person to adapt the alteration and crises of our life. Resilience is actually a property that we can acquire through learning. It is a property that we can developed through experience and effort we put in. It is human nature ability to adapt change in our environment. Human have been surviving about 3000 years due to this property that we have.With this property, human have the ability of acquiring what he wants in life, it is all about whether he can have faith in his goal, his own instinct and his own ability as he progress by taking a small step each day towards his goal. 

      There was once a man, a Japanese author Haruki Murakami writes about marathonsspirituality and philosophy  in his books "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running." In this book, he explains the process of training himself to be a marathon runner after inhibit his habit of smoking more than 40 cigarettes a day and achieve an award-winning writer when a random thought pop out  to him while he is drinking beer at a baseball game. In this book, he have reveal that what he takes for him to achieve his position today. 

      We don’t have to dig that deep inside our heart for our lives. However, it is worth to  create a system that you can turn to when you are in a very stress position. Here are a few tips that can aid you in stress management 

  • Maintain good relationships with your family and friends and accept their help in times of stress. Also get involved in community groups for spiritual support too.
  • Try to look at the big picture of life and avoid viewing difficult times as insurmountable. Take small steps toward your goals and take one day at a time.
  • Accept change is a part of life and acceptance of what change is, is key.
  • Keep working toward your goals every day, and ask yourself: “What can I do today to move in the direction I need to go”
  • Maintain a positive view of life and visualize what you want.
Remember how you survived a tragedy or crisis in the past. Many people report having more confidence in themselves after a crisis and some even have a deeper appreciation for life. You did it then and you can again.

 Take care of yourself. Eat well, sleep and exercise to keep yourself healthy. This is especially important during times of stress.
And decide – you will prevail. Even this will pass.

Journalling

     Today, I will reveal one of the stress management technique is called journaling. Well, we can do journaling by writing it in a dairy or posting it as a blog. Frustration and deadline is what we encounter in everyday's job. Everyday, we have to handle a tremendous amount of demand. It can be demand from our boss, demand from our clients and demand from government. There are so many demand that we have to comply until a point of time that our stress have been built up as we left ourselves no space for our own thought and time. We have NO SPACE TO BE OURSELVES In this case, taking sometimes to do journaling can been a very great help for us. 


BE YOURSELF


      One of the function of the journaling is to give us some time to be ourselves. Journaling is to write every own our thought with freedom. It is a freedom method that we can express ourselves in a way that we want to be. Nobody is going to be bothered about what you write and what you wanted to express. Nobody is going to implement any Do's and Don's rule to what you are planning to express. Hence, you can express anything. Anything you would like to give an opinion or vent upon some event or your feeling. It is your chance to being honest with yourself and becoming much more clearer about who you are and why you are doing the activity of your daily life. It can be also a reflection upon  Anything that you can do just to be yourself for a moment. As your mind has quiet down and the true nature of you have surfaced, you will be able to see a more clear thought of what you want to be. Research have shown that by doing the journaling, it actually help us to relieve our stress of the daily life. Why is it say so? It is because one of the reason that daily life give us so much stress is because it prevents us to be ourselves. 

     We have our own passion, our own plan and our own expectation. When life doesn't fulfill these elements, that is how our stress is being built up. It is because the event that happen is way too much that it isn't beyond our ability to handle it. The best way is to tell people about your problem and your stressful, it is because we human wouldn't like to be alone. In life, we always wanted more friends and people who can understand us. In life, we always hope I can have more foxhole friends who always stay by our side to watch us grow. Whenever we are feeling down or having the crisis, they will always stand by our side. Although it is  a nice method, but people have their own problem to deal with. Not every people are available to us everytime, therefore, journaling becomes our best friends who always available there for us to share our thought and give us a more clearer picture of who we are and what we will do to deal with the stress.



EXTRA BENEFITS

     Our emotion is a very strong determinant in our life. It can affect every decision and every condition in our life. Hence, one of the determinants of our health condition is also our emotion. If we are doing journaling everyday, we position ourselves of being ourselves and it actually make us feel good about being ourselves. It raise the vibration and we will be much more in good mood compared to those who doesn't do journaling.
Research has shown that journal writing have huge impacts on both our physical and mental health. It doesn't only provide the function of relieving your stress but also improves your mood, it also boosts your immune system, our immunity to further stress.

     Journaling is really a good way to relieve our stress, it doesn't only function that but also provide us heath benefits and the benefits of knowing ourselves. Do journaling everyday and our life will be at peace
