Resilience is a property of a person to adapt the alteration and crises of our life. Resilience is actually a property that we can acquire through learning. It is a property that we can developed through experience and effort we put in. It is human nature ability to adapt change in our environment. Human have been surviving about 3000 years due to this property that we have.With this property, human have the ability of acquiring what he wants in life, it is all about whether he can have faith in his goal, his own instinct and his own ability as he progress by taking a small step each day towards his goal.
There was once a man, a Japanese author Haruki Murakami writes about marathons, spirituality and philosophy in his books "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running." In this book, he explains the process of training himself to be a marathon runner after inhibit his habit of smoking more than 40 cigarettes a day and achieve an award-winning writer when a random thought pop out to him while he is drinking beer at a baseball game. We don’t have to dig that deep inside our heart for our lives. However, it is worth to create a system that you can turn to when you are in a very stress position. Here are a few tips that can aid you in stress management

- Try to look at the big picture of life and avoid viewing difficult times as insurmountable. Take small steps toward your goals and take one day at a time.
- Accept change is a part of life and acceptance of what change is, is key.
- Keep working toward your goals every day, and ask yourself: “What can I do today to move in the direction I need to go”
- Maintain a positive view of life and visualize what you want.
Take care of yourself. Eat well, sleep and exercise to keep yourself healthy. This is especially important during times of stress.
