What is stress?
A stress is an emotion that we experience when we encounter an event
that are too overwhelming in a long term. Stress can provoke negative emotion
such as frustration, depression, anxiety and so on. It is actually undergoing a
chain reaction if we don't manage our stress effectively. Our life is filled
with full of deadlines, demand and hassles. All of these event would build up
the tension within our body and causes we experience stress. We called these
“stressor”. Stressor is basically any event that cause us to feel stress.
Pressure are a state that we are experience when we are trying to do
something that are out of our comfort zone. In relation to doing something that
are out of our comfort zone, it means to do something new. It can be organizing
a bigger event in our life, creating a new relationship and so on. It means
that doing something which are out of our ability because we have never had any
experience in that particular area. Pressure contribute to our personal growth.
Pressure are experience in a short term.
Stress are a state that we experience when things are too overwhelming
and over raising the tension within our body over the long term.
Our body
reaction
Well this is a pretty interesting question. How our body is going to
react to stress? Our body mechanism treat stress as an event of threat or
dangerous situation. When we sense there are stressor in our activity, our body
defense mechanism beginning its operation. At first, the hypothalamus begin by sending a signal to your
adrenal gland, stimulating adrenal gland to start producing adrenaline
hormone(epinephrine). Epinephrine
is produced when we encounter event that appear to be a threat to us. It
prepares our body into a state in combating the situation. We call this
response "fight" or "flight" response. When the hormones
are released into the flow of bloodstream,it speed up breathing rate, heart rate, metabolism , and blood pressure.
Blood vessels will be expanding wider to increase the blood flow rate to large muscle groups, putting
our muscles in a state of high alertness. Pupils dilate to improve their vision. The liver will also releases a partial of its stored glucose to increase the body's energy and more sweat is produced
to cool down our body, this phenomena is called "stress response".
Stress response can be
beneficial because it can boost our performance and ability within a short
term, making us be able to deal with current situation more effectively.
However, if we are continuing under the condition of stress response and our body
refuse to balance the adrenaline hormones level within our body. It can be a
BIG health issue for us.
How we handle
stress
It is a pretty
interesting question that how we human handle stress in our life. Everybody in
this world have to solve their own problems. Some people have some minor
problem and some people have some bigger problem that ordinary person will
never imagined that they are able to solve it. It is true that every people
have their own problems to be solved but they are doing it wrong. They are
getting into it too deep until to a point that they are losing the ability of
searching a solution to a problem. The worst is as they are unable to search
the solution for the problems, they even magnify the problem when the problems
can be solved easily under normal circumstances. However, people who are highly
in stress find that their performance dropped significantly. If a person
lacks of stress management skills, the consequences can be very serious. Stress
is always the root of every problem. We are living in a world that are full of
conflict and frustration. It is said that the world is a dominance of negative
thought. Why it is said so? There must be a reason.
Every root of problem is the stress. A problem is not really a problem
when it comes, it is the stress which is our problem. Take a look, is a problem
really that severe when it doesn't really give you much stress. It is still a
problem anyway, but your perception of that problem can be right different
right? When you are in a less stress situation, your focus will be more on the
solutions of it not the problems itself. That is why stress is the root of all
problems. The problem is not the problem, the problem is how you handle the
stress. THAT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM. In fact, there are a lot of people have been
commit suicide due to the poor stress management. It is because the problems
that they faced end up making them no choice but to commit suicide? It is not,
it is the stress when they are commit in solving the problem. It is practically
IMPORTANT to have stress management skill.
There are people who can still survive even though they are
committed in almost 900 million debt, there are also people who commit suicide
just because inability to withstand the fact of breaking up with their lover.
What is the key of these two kind of people? The ability to handle stress is
the key. The ability to handle stress is the key that make a successor succeed
and a failure fail. It is important especially to those who want to make their
life BIG. Every problem whether it makes you stronger or it kills you it
depends on how you handle stress.

Meditation is the best stress relieve tool in the world. Stress is an
emotion that we experience when we encounter an event that appear to be too
overwhelming for a long term. As we know, stress is an emotion and what does
emotion originated from? It is thought. When somebody is scolding you while you

state where no thought is being generated, that is why there is no emotion.
Meditation is a process that quiet our thought while being conscious.
Meditation will not only quiet your thought but it release stress from your

focus ability had been increased. Practicing meditation give you a chance a
mental shift, This mental shift decreases the negative consequence of stress, depression and anxiety.

process of restoring the chemical portion within our body to an equilibrium.
Although deep breathing can be a useful method, however, it may consume a lot
of time in doing so. You might not have the time for these stuff when you are
